He grew up in the family business — riding shotgun on delivery routes before he could see over the dashboard, spending weekends in the factory, and doing homework in his father’s office.
Over the years, he worked just about every job in the plant, from packing and trimming to loading trucks and handling customer calls. Those experiences taught him what no textbook could: show up, work hard, and take care of the people who count on you.
Since he stepped into leadership, he has led many major initiatives — growing national distribution, investing in automation, and building a modern, custom-designed facility that sets a new bar for quality and consistency. Through it all, he’s stayed focused on the standard his father set: be honest, never cut corners, keep it consistent, and put customers at the center of every decision.
